Corporate Social Responsibility

KinderWorld International Group presented a generous donation of VND 517,326,284 to Caritas Vietnam during their Graduation Ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City on 22 June 2024. This contribution, raised through the KinderWorld Group of schools in Vietnam 2023 Christmas Charity Fair, was presented by Mrs. Carol Tan, Deputy Chairwoman of KinderWorld International Group to Sister Mary Magdalene Hoang Thi Linh Huy from Caritas Vietnam at the iconic Ho Chi Minh City Opera House.

This donation is part of a long-standing tradition within the KinderWorld Group of schools, where the annual Christmas Charity Fair supports various charitable causes. The funds were raised through a diverse array of activities, all organized by teachers, staff and students. These activities included charity auctions, festive performances, art and craft sales and talent shows. This annual event not only fosters a spirit of giving and community among students but also makes a significant impact on the lives of those in need. The Christmas Charity Fair has become a cornerstone of KinderWorld’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and community engagement.

Caritas Vietnam expressed their heartfelt gratitude to KinderWorld International Group on how the donation has helped to empower vulnerable communities across the country continuing the work of previous SIS contributions.

  • Empowering Education: Continued support for one hundred and fifteen disadvantaged children in the Mekong Delta, providing them with vital educational resources.
  • Rebuilding Lives: Ongoing assistance for one hundred students in Nghe An, who were affected by natural disasters, in their recovery and pursuit of education.
  • Spreading Warmth: Ensuring the comfort of children in the highlands of Cao Bang, Lang Son, and Ha Giang by providing them with warm clothing and blankets during harsh winters.

The donation reflects KinderWorld’s deep-rooted commitment to corporate social responsibility, to make a positive impact on society and empowering future generations to become compassionate and socially responsible leaders. This act of generosity exemplifies the school’s commitment to nurturing global citizens who actively contribute to a better world.
