Mid-Autumn Festival 2024
Mid-Autumn Festival, a special time when the full moon shines brightly, the crisp air welcomes the start of Autumn, where the night sky is peppered with the bright colours of lit up lanterns and when family and friends come together to enjoy the ever delicious varieties of traditional mooncakes and festive snacks and so much more!
At KIK, both students and teachers embrace this annual tradition and festival with much joy and excitement and a chance to get all dressed up and partake in cultural and heritage activities as well as a meaningful charitable initiative.
Pretty Ao Dai dresses were on display; our students were excited to take part in the Lantern Parades, enthralled by the loud and festive lion dances moving to the beat of the drums!
KinderWorld International Kindergarten also organised a charity event to help raise funds for children and families in need in light of the aftermath of the recent storms and floods in the Northern region. Instilled in our students at a young and tender age are the important human values of showing kindness, care and love for our neighbours and fellowmen. The act of growing up to be a good human being. Those values will always be important to us at KIK.
We truly thank all parents and students who supported this charity activity wholeheartedly, kindly and generously.
